Terms and Conditions

General Terms

Orders can be placed online (available soon), by telephone, email or by visiting our nursery.


The following discounts will be applied to ALL products;

Plants and products collected from our nursery – 10%
Plants and products delivered by us on your behalf – 5%
All prices advertised on this website are BEFORE any discounts have been applied

Mon – Fri : 8am-5pm
Sat – Sun : 9am-4pm

We are closed on Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.


Orders are accepted subject to the availability of stock (Please advise whether you are prepared to wait for back orders – telephone and email orders only).

Minimum Orders – placed by telephone or email

We reserve our right to accept orders for delivery to a minimum of 2 trays. However, we will endeavour to help with smaller orders as much as possible. Delivery of these smaller orders will depend on availability of truck space. Sorry, we do not deliver quarter trays.

Minimum Orders – placed online

Our minimum online order amount is for R604-00. You will not be able to complete the checkout process until this amount is met.



Delivery Dates

In PEAK season, i.e. April, May – Sep, Oct, Nov orders should be placed at least 3 days before the required date.

At other times, requests to deliver on a particular day will be met wherever possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Schedule

Due to the large volume of orders, our deliveries in Gauteng are dispatched according to the following schedule;

Monday – Northern suburbs, Randburg, Sandton
Tuesday – Northern suburbs, Randburg, Sandton and near East Rand
Wednesday – Northern suburbs, Randburg, Sandton and East rand (Bedfordview, Benoni and Springs)
Thursday – Northern suburbs, Randburg, Sandton, Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria (not north of Lynwood Road)
Friday – Northern suburbs, Randburg, Sandton, Southern suburbs, Alberton and West Rand

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Delivery Times

Our staff Members are NOT permitted to promise deliveries at a particular time of day. Our drivers have discretion arranging their routes as economically as possible. Therefore deliveries may be at any time between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.


We do our utmost to supply only the very best seedlings, but occasionally the odd mistake can happen. Any complaints MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. Delivery notes marked “Not checked” are not acceptable, and do not exonerate the customer from being liable for the plants delivered.

Obviously, plants that have been neglected or ill-treated AFTER delivery or purchase, are not our responsibility and must still be paid for.

Seedling Care: When we deliver, water them immediately after they arrive if showing any signs of wilting. Keep them in a lightly shaded spot or where they get morning sun only.
It is not necessary to plant them out immediately; the seedlings can stay can stay in the trays for a couple of days, but do keep an eye on them. Do not let them dry out. Check the edges as they dry out more quickly.

Account Payments

Strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

C.O.D. Deliveries

NO PLANTS OR OTHER PRODUCTS WILL BE LEFT AT A DELIVERY ADDRESS WITHOUT PAYMENT. If we have to re-deliver, the 5% discount will be forfeited. We do not accept post-dated cheques.

Cash or Cheque Payments

Payments may be made by cash or by cheque at the time of delivery. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE DRIVER SIGNS FOR ALL CASH HANDED OVER TO HIM. This is YOUR responsibility.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card details can be given to the sales person who deals with your order. We will need your credit card number; expiry date of card; card holders name and whether it’s a Visa or Mastercard. Please note that we do NOT accept American Express or Diners Club cards.

Direct Deposit Payments

Direct deposit payments may be made into our bank account (see below for full details). It is of the utmost importance that you fax a COPY of the deposit or the transfer slip to us immediately, or phone us with the payment details.

Electronic Transfer Payments

Should you use this method of payment, it is vital that you inform us, together with details of your name, invoice number and amount paid. Banks often omit this information on our bank statement.
